At Willie's Remedy+, we stand behind the quality of our hemp-infused coffee and tea products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging; for food safety reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened and sealed.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
